Terms of Service

Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enrol in our paid programs. Students aged 16–17 may participate in free webinars with parental consent.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or disrupt the learning environment for other students.

Enrollment

Enrollment in a program is confirmed only after full or agreed instalment payment is received. Access to course materials is granted within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Duration of Access

Recorded session replays are available for the duration specified in your program (typically 12 months from enrollment date). Live batch access is valid for the batch period only.

Batch Transfer

You may request one batch transfer within 30 days of enrollment. Subsequent transfers are subject to counsellor approval and a ₹500 administrative fee.

Fees

All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Fees are subject to change; however, enrolled students will not be charged additional fees for their current batch.

Refund Window

A full refund is available within 7 days of enrollment if you have attended fewer than 2 live sessions. Requests submitted after 7 days or after 2+ sessions are not eligible for refunds.

No-Show Policy

Missing live sessions does not entitle you to a refund. Recordings are provided so you can catch up at your own pace.

EMI / Instalment Plans

Students on instalment plans must complete all payments as scheduled. Defaulting on an instalment will result in restricted course access until the outstanding amount is cleared.

Placement Guarantee

Our placement guarantee (where applicable) is conditional on completing all program milestones, attending mock interviews, and maintaining minimum assignment scores. Full terms of the placement guarantee are provided in your enrollment agreement.

TeachGrow Content

All course videos, slides, notes, project templates, cheat sheets, and other materials are the intellectual property of TeachGrow LLP and are protected under Indian copyright law. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

Prohibited Use

You may not record, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly share any TeachGrow course content without prior written permission. Violation will result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Student Work

Projects and assignments created by you remain your intellectual property. By submitting your project to the Student Hub, you grant TeachGrow a non-exclusive licence to showcase it for promotional purposes with your name credited.
