Terms of Service

Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or disrupt the learning environment for other students.

Enrollment

Enrollment in a program is confirmed only after full or agreed instalment payment is received. Access to course materials is granted within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

Duration of Access

Your one-to-one live sessions run for the duration specified in your program. Study notes and program materials stay available for the period stated in your program terms.

Batch Transfer

You may request one batch transfer within 30 days of enrollment. Subsequent transfers are subject to counsellor approval.

Fees

All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Fees are subject to change; however, enrolled students will not be charged additional fees for their current batch.

Refund Window

Refunds apply only to the Job Ready Program, and only after the full 8 months (6 months of training plus up to 2 months of extended support). If you are eligible under the written program terms and have still not secured a job, you may receive a refund of up to 70% of the program fee. Other programs are not refundable.

Payment Processing

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. TeachGrow does not store your card, UPI or net-banking details. You receive a payment confirmation and an invoice number once Razorpay confirms the payment. If money is debited but your enrolment is not confirmed, write to teach@teachgrow.in with your payment ID and we will resolve it.

Discount Codes and Scholarships

A discount code and a scholarship ID cannot be combined on one enrolment. Offer prices apply only to the programs named in the offer and may be withdrawn or changed at any time before you pay.

No-Show Policy

Missing live sessions does not entitle you to a refund. If you cannot attend a session, tell your mentor in advance and they will help you reschedule it.

EMI / Instalment Plans

Students on instalment plans must complete all payments as scheduled. Defaulting on an instalment will result in restricted course access until the outstanding amount is cleared.

Placement Guarantee

The job guarantee applies only to the Job Ready Program. It is conditional on completing all program milestones, attending mock interviews, and maintaining minimum assignment scores, and it works through extended support and the refund described above. No other program carries a job guarantee. Full terms are provided in your enrollment agreement.

TeachGrow Content

All session content, slides, notes, project templates, cheat sheets, and other materials are the intellectual property of TeachGrow LLP and are protected under Indian copyright law. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

Prohibited Use

You may not record live sessions, or redistribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly share any TeachGrow course content without prior written permission. Violation will result in immediate account termination and legal action.

Student Work

Projects and assignments created by you remain your intellectual property. By sharing your project with TeachGrow for showcase, you grant TeachGrow a non-exclusive licence to showcase it for promotional purposes with your name credited.
