All payment transactions are processed through our secure third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. TeachGrow does not store your card details, CVV, or net-banking credentials on our servers.
Usage Data
We automatically collect browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent, and referring URLs to improve our platform and personalise your experience.
Communication Data
Messages you send via our chatbot, contact form, or WhatsApp are stored to improve support quality and respond to your queries.

- Match you with a mentor and, when you ask us to, support your job applications.

Employers (with your consent)
Only with your explicit consent, and only when you ask us to support a job application, we share your resume, project portfolio and contact details with the company concerned. We never share them without asking you first.
Service Providers
We work with trusted third parties (payment gateways, email service providers, cloud hosting) who process data strictly on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
Legal Requirements

Course records and certificates are retained for 7 years for audit and verification purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by writing to us at teach@teachgrow.in, subject to legal retention obligations.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit, hashed passwords and role-based access control. However, no online transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and not share your account credentials.
